All hands on deck, and all help needed for Dancing Fox, please!
We will be doing all sorts of cooking the three days before the event at the Old Dutch Church in uptown Kingston. On 10, 11 and 12 May from 8 am until 2:30 PM as we have to be out for a play taking place by three!
We need folks willing to help pick up loaner gear and event stuff from both the Old Dutch Church and the Port Ewen Church the day before the event, so we have it for set up on the day of the event.
Help will be needed for set up, banner hanging and so forth on the morning of the event, around 8 am and for clean up, which needs to be completed by 9 PM the day of the event.
If you have folding tables we can use, easy ups or pavilions… Please, let me know and have them clean and ready for the event!
During the event, we always need help with spot cleaning, and so on.
…and with this event being at a public park? We are all ambassadors, and security for the event!
If you are able to help, please let me know ASAP.
