While nothing is to be decided pending the polling to be conducted of those members who currently reside in the Zip codes of Frosted Hills, here is some information to begin to consider.
From Mistress Katherine Barr, Kingdom Seneschal:
“After much discussion, it has been decided that the Shire of Frosted Hills will be dissolved, and a polling will be conducted of the members residing within the zip codes of Frosted Hills.
The polling ballot will indicate that it is our intention to divide the zip codes as noted in the attached document. There were many factors that went into how the zip codes would be divided. Among other items, we looked at maps for distances to nearby meetings, where the current members residing in Frosted Hills were in relation to the neighboring groups, and the bridges that connected the groups.
