Current state of affairs.

Greetings everyone, Here is an update on our current state of affairs.

There will be no gathering February 22nd due to Ash Wednesday, the church is unavailable.

I am working with Ross Park in Port Ewen for setting up our outdoor fight practice I will advise you what I hear from them.

Our March business meeting will be March 8th. If you are putting in for a shire officer position I need to have it in writing before the start of our March business meeting. After the business meeting I will post what letters of intent I get, in case there are any gaps or mess ups on my end.

Our April business meeting will be April 12th this is when we will vote on officers. I would ask as many people as possible to attend this so that everyone is aware of what is going on.

Dancing Fox is May 13th, if you can help with this event please reach out to Blaze O’Rama we will most likely need help pre-cooking setting up, things like that. Also this is an outdoor event so we may also need some canopies and or folding tables, chairs.

Our May business meeting will be May 17th and this is when the new officers will officially be taking over for the next 2 years. The reason the dates for all of the upcoming business meetings are off from the first Wednesday is so that the new officers take charge after Dancing Fox for the ease of the new officers, reports and financials.

If there any questions please ask. As you know I will be stepping down as seneschal after this round of elections and I just want to thank you all for making the last 4 years relatively painless outside of the pandemic LOL.
