Call for volunteers to help!
If you can help at the event, and/or with cooking prior to the event, please let us know!
Cooking will happen at the Old Dutch Church in Kingston from 10 am to at least 7 PM on 16 and 17 May. Contact Brigitte for more details!
Friday evening, people to help stage things at the park. Bringing things from the Church Hall and Christine’s house to the event site.
Saturday morning (8 am) set up! Hanging banners and setting up the booth spaces/area for the activities and games. Setting up the large pavilion/Easy ups.
Saturday 10 on — help with kitchen things like bringing out food, dishes and so on.
Saturday evening: Break down and pack up.
Loaner gear washing/drying.
