Hello Everyone. We were approved by the Consistory of PERC. They voted last night to approve our group’s use of Fairbrother Hall on a weekly basis. They will ask for $15 per week, paid weekly, monthly, or quarterly, whichever is more convenient for us. I have to contact them to fill out the paperwork, get a key, and drop off the insurance certificate, with a $500,000 minimum liability, naming the Reformed Church of Port Ewen as additional insured.
I would like to have an extra meeting next week of the shire to discuss and vote on this. I will go to the church this week and take pictures and video so we can all see the space.
